Research On Executive Stock Option For Enterprise Operator's Incentive

This article is about Chinese Enterprise Operator's incentive. Based on the practice of ESO(Executive Stock Option, simplified as "ESO" ),the article builds up a system of analysis, designing and appreciation. This article is divided into three parts. The first part is about theory analysis and research. Also it gives a premise. The second part analyses the ESO' s practice, also compares the difference of ESOs in China and foreign countries. Then it designs an ESO operation in Chinese character and gives it an evaluation. This can be used as a basis of practice. The third part analyses the difficulty of ESO in practice and points out its negative effection. And it suggests several methods in solving the problems.There is a combination of theory analysis and demonstration analysis. It concerns about the special environment in China. And it uses some foreign advanced theory. Then it works out an important conclusion: the fulfilment of ESO can efficiently solve the problem of Chinese enterprise operator's incentive.
