The Evaluation System And Risk Avoiding Of The Strategic Partnership Within Supply Chain

Today, supply chains often consist of stages with hundreds of difficult owners. A lack of coordination occurs because different stages of the supply chain have objectives trying to maximize its own profits. The competition of supply chain will be affected. Accordingly, building strategic partnerships within a supply chain can increase total supply chain profits hugely. The strategic partnership of supply chain is a critical part of supply chain system. How to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness is a focus of many theorists and enterprineurs. It's meaningful to study the evaluation of strategic partnerships and the avoiding of risks.This paper discusses the importance of the strategic partnership within supply chain. Based on the research results of former theorists, the paper carries out a careful analysis, sets forth the integrated models of the enterprises, the evaluation system of the strategic partnerships of supply chain, and the avoiding of risks within supply chain.The chapter 2 introduces the context, according to the features of strategic partnership of supply chain, cooperative models and selective standards in supply chain system.The chapter 3 proposes the evaluation system of the strategic partnership, using ABC, rough and transaction cost theory. It also carries out the specific mathematical models of each type, for example, the game theory.The chapter 4 uses the game theory and principal- agent issue to study the ethics, resources and quality risks in the strategic alliance, and propose the solution of avoiding such risks. We also propose the integrated models of the enterprises by using AHP rectangle and factor theory.At last, in the chapter 5, by citing the Ningbo-clothing industrial chain and the Wuhan-clothing industry to prove the conclusion through the comparison analysis that is the only proper selection of the strategic partnership can optimize the group effectiveness and competition. The strategic partnership can improve the service level and decrease the cost in supply chain, which leads to "double win" between the total supply chain and all the consumers.
