Etwork Extension Project Ⅲ In Gansu Province

China Unicom meet great challenges in market, according to the stat in 2002.12, ARPU of CDMA is better than GSM, and so, CDMA would be a focus of expanding in the future. Following CDMA network extension project II last yeas, China Unicom would add more capitals in CDMA project.China Unicom planed to extend CDMA network in GANSU province, that is a important part of whole third extension, specially, meaning of this project is marked to ASB.There are nine chapters in this paper. The first chapter introduces the background of current project, explaining condition of related every sides of the project.From second chapter to sixth chapter, the paper have some specific cases of project management, which include project scope management, project time management, project human resource management, project communications management, project risk management. Via subdividing the whole project, considering every restrict factor, I have brought forward available some ways to solve existed problems.The seventh chapter, I summarize the result analyzed previously, find out an obtainable final plan, including actualizing purpose and procedure and so on.The eighth chapter, I try to estimate project actualization, throughout analyzing every condition met in the project, summarize experience, put forward new means.The ninth chapter, I elaborate the proposals on how to implement project management. Those proposals focus on organization structure of ASB.
