The development of China's enterprises in the 21st century is confronted with great changes in operational environment. At present, the main characteristics of China's economy operation are: nationalization of international competition and internationalization of domestic competition. China is becoming a part of MNC globalization; and MNC will dominate the principles of china's economy operation. So China's economy is faced with double pressures: globalization and informationalization. It remains a serious problem how state-owned enterprises survive the reform successfully, quickly and agilely.The following article is a further discussion of the problem mentioned above.
