Establishing Game Model Of Supply Chain Enterprises And Research Of Partner Selection

With the high-tech developing quickly, the market competition increasing vehemently and the customer need changing continuously, tradition management mode of enterprise has already displayed its weakness which can't fleet and alacritous respond to the market opportunity. In that case, the enterprises start to ask for exterior resources to respond to the market needing quickly, hence, the thought of Horizontal Integration appears. The supply chain management is a typical representative. The relation of supply chain enterprises is cooperative and competitive. Enterprises not only have to guarantee itself interest, but also have to realize the best performance of supply chain, which make the decision of enterprises very complicated. It is important that how to integrate the performance of supply chain and each members' and analyze enterprises' decision scientific. In our country, the study of SCM is not for a long time. Enterprises can not choose the cooperation partner and research cooperative game scientifically, and the enterprises can not trust in and cooperate each other, so the benefit of whole supply chain is not high, and the thought of supply chain management can not apply in enterprise. This thesis researches and discusses the questions of in the course of setting up cooperation fellowship.At first, this thesis describes the basic conception of supply chain and supply chain management and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of cooperation fellowship in supply chain, and it sets up an orbit model of collaboration. Then, by applying game theory, it discusses many questions which produced in the course of setting up and circulating supply chain, and sets up and analyzes three game theory model. Finally, on the base of establishing the evaluation index system of supplier cooperation partner, the thesis processes an application of choosing supplier coope'ration partner by Fuzzy comprehensive judgement and AHP.
