Research On The Ownership And Running Of Commercial Bank

Today, the finance is becoming globak free and full of information. On the conditions , especially the entrance to WTO ,the banking in the world is undergoing great changes .Changes and challenges exist at the same time ,Choices and competitions appear together ,Banks in different countries are innovating actively to look for the chance of survival and development . Since reform and open , although the Chinese banks have developed greatly , the system of commercial bank is not sound yet, furthermore ,the four banks owned by the government are not yet really commercial bank in some sense . Although the Centre Bank is supervising banking through indirect ways , the power is insufficient .There are large amount of gaps between the Chinese commercial bank and international bank or even venture bank in the whole level . Thus ,at present, the emphases innovation and development of the Chinese commercial bank lie in speeding up the steps in reforming the system of commercial bank ,which is favour of enhancing the whole level of commercial bank , shrinking the gap between the world banking and ours and making our banking join in international finance quickly .This paper mainly studies on the system about commercial bank from two aspects : the ownership and the running mechanism .It consists of five parts as following (the stresses are the third and the forth chapter):The first part is about textual introduction . At first, it sets forth basic things on the commercial bank under internal and international environment. Secondly , it discusses on not only the concept of bank and commercial bank , also the appearing and developing of commercial bank . Besides , it interprets the purpose -. importance > the train of thought -, method , and so on .The second part is about the system evolution of commercial bank , which discusses about the three evolution stages of the west bank system .What's more , it probes the evolution course of Chinese bank system in details .The third part researches on such content as the definition/determinative /type /reform about the ownership of commercial bank and so on . This part emphases on not only the characteristic of different ownership , but also the impulse /resistance and tactics about reforming the commercial bank .The forth part studies on the running mechanism of Chinese commercial bank from following two ways : the organizing form and the regulating manner . It not only researches on the general organization and regulation form , but also suggests the innovation ideas about the commercial bank system .The last part is about the textual conclusions . It reaches to the conclusion that we have achieved great successes in innovating the ownership and the running mechanism .
