Management is not a accurate science. It is the combination of science and art. The research and innovation of the management theory can not be done without pure theoretical research and positive research, which is the case study. The research on corporate culture and enterprise's strategy is not crossed like this either. Enterprise strategy is determining the horizon in the future of enterprises, and the growing and dying of enterprises especially at the same time . Taking it like a person, enterprise strategy is the direction, and corporate culture is spirit. Without strategy, enterprise would get lost like people, and try to find out in the endless darkness all the time .Without culture, enterprises have no spirit like people , and are not far too before becoming feeble and die. In fact, corporate culture and enterprise's strategy are got in touch with dense and integrally. The corporate culture is not only basic direction and foundation in which the strategy is made, but also motive force and key that the strategy succeeds. Using the theoretical research about the corporate culture and enterprise's strategy for reference both at home and abroad, and analysing a large number of enterprise cases, I have drawn the strategic model based on corporate culture, and have proposed that enterprise's cultural construction is the important component of enterprise's strategy. It is a key step of strategy implementation too. The strategic model based on corporate culture is not denying to other strategic models, but is supplementary of other theories.Stainless steel vacuum ware is a kind new trade which is full of developing opportunity. It is at the stage of growing at top speed now. Mingzhu Company is one of medium-sized enterprises which professionally make stainless steel vacuum .It has gone through the trials and hardships for nine years. At domestic market, Mingzhu Company face lots of manufacturer of the same trade to compete the pressure at a low price; In the international market, It face the strong brand advantage of Japanese big company again. Mingzhu Company is at the crossroad of a difficult strategic choice. At this paper I have analysed in depth and study strategy and culture of Mingzhu Company according to the strategic model based on corporate culture , and given advise for Strategy making and cultural construction for Mingzhu Company.The world has already entered 21st century. Global economy has already been incorporated and integrated. Enterprises not only face the competition coming from the national, but also face the competition from world even more. I hope that those who wants to become leader of the shop with a history of a century could get useful reference after reading the paper.
