The technique innovation of our high-tech enterprises has obtained universal achievements in recent years. However, the high-tech marketing is very important in current situation of buyer's market. On the basis of the elementary theory of marketing and the feature of high-tech marketing, this article affirmed its achievements in marketing, analyzed the defect and took the following three demonstrations. Firstly, on the marketing view, for all kinds of manager's errors, it put forward the new views possessed by enterprises, which are technical development, social marketing, green marketing, competition and cooperation. Secondly, on the marketing organization, combined with its goal and position, it raised the point of innovation that should be in accordance with the character of enterprises, the size of market and the feature of products. Thirdly, on the marketing technique, it stated an opinion of innovation that is combined with the feature of high-tech products. The process of innovation should be associated with produce, price, promotion and place. By summing up the innovation of these three fields, the article considered that training core competitive force is the fundamental aim of marketing innovation.
