It has been 20 years since egg chicken breeding changed from small scale raising to specialization, mechanization and intensivism. It is really a pity there are no well-known famous brand in the egg industry in spite of lots of famous brands in food industry. By studying, we find many large egg chicken breeding farms developed in the period of Planned Economy. They neither had advanced marketing concepts nor systematic marketing planning.The purpose of this thesis is to find an adaptive marketing strategy under the current situation for S company and other egg chicken breeding farm through demonstration studying on S company and marketing theory studying.The thesis includes 4 parties. In part 1, it gives us a brief introduction of egg chicken breeding, the future tendency of egg industry and the marketing situation of S company.Part 2, analyzing the macro environment and micro environment of S company, analyzing the marketing opportunities with the Ansoff Matrix and SWOT Matrix.Part 3 is the key part of the thesis. According to the process of STP, I made the marketing strategy, marketing mix tactics, marketing organization design, human resources management and other measures to ensure the marketing strategy be successful.Part 4, summarizing the experience of strategy formulation and giving some suggestions for the same egg chicken breeding farms as S company.
