Analysis On Income Distribution Of Chinese Economic Growth

It's economic theory study and economic activities' aim to increase human's welfare in the utmost probability through making full use and effectively allocating scarcity resource. Economic growth and income distribution is the basic way and artifice to reach this goal. The velocity and equitable distribution of economic growth is not only the wheel that improves the economic development, but the two important goals that government pursues all the time during the procedure of economic development. During the course of the early economic development, developed countries are on the long way that they sacrifice income equitable distribution and majority people's benefit for the economic growth. After the war, growth and distribution are in dilemma which can't co-operate with each other during some developing countries economic development. With the planned economy transition to market economy and continuous high velocity economic growth, personal income distribution gap get larger, so the income equitable distribution becomes the theory circles and society's focal point.In the first chapter, the article summarizes the study of resident in come distribution problem, which includes the history of economic thought and Chinese present economic field study about income distribution problem. It points out the measurable index of resident income disparity and accounting method and then points out Chinese resident income distribution reality conditions from five aspects.In the second chapter, the article discusses the cause of Chinese resident income disparity getting larger. It mainly includes the hierarchy transition, structure transition, market hierarchy itself, policy and regiondifference factors and so on. In the meanwhile, the article analyses the illegal abnormal effect to the income disparity enlargement.In the third chapter, the author analyses the effect the income gap enlargement has on the total demand. In the second section, the author makes a further analysis about the effect the income disparity enlargement has on the economy through using western economic theory at last, the author points out the income gap enlargement leads to poverty phenomenon and poverty economic , social effect.In the fourth chapter, the article evaluates the change of Chinese people income distribution firstly and comparatively analyses foreign safeguard model and Chinese social safeguard hierarchy's reform aim and principle, then makes a choice about Chinese changing the income distribution disparity at present, which is anti-poverty and increasing peasant income.
