Optimization And Reconstruction Of Enterprise Knowledge System

Recently, enterprise knowledge management has become a new heated problem in the field of enterprise management; however, the research that we do on the object of knowledge management, that is, enterprise knowledge system seems far from enough. Based on the summary of others' research achievements, this paper processes a deeper systematic analysis on the enterprise knowledge system, of which static and dynamic analysis on the knowledge system together with designing optimized system probably is a new point. Enterprise knowledge system, composed by knowledge and people who master it, determines kinds of enterprises, difference in products, costs and profits, therefore its core competitive position.At first, this paper analyzes traits and attributes of knowledge system, and this provides necessary approaches to estimate the system and to optimize and re-build network structure. Information storage, entropy and connotation reflect three guidelines of an enterprise, that is, inner knowledge capacity, systematic sequence and content. Information storage implies knowledge capacity inside an enterprise; its alteration depends on passively or periodically collecting, initiatively absorbing and exploring and innovating information. Information entropy indicates the sequencable extent of the knowledge system. In fact, knowledge management is the process to decrease information entropy through administration and estimation on knowledge unit. The whole content of the knowledge system is demonstrated information connotation, due to different persons obtaining different connotation from the same knowledge system. That information input brings about the output of the value is an information drive model of an enterprise. In order to reach the target of the curve of information input and value output extending along the optimized locus with the limited resources, this paper displays optimization of the model to control information input and value output. Focused on supply chain, network restructure of knowledge system is a process of constructing formal and comparatively organizational knowledge network or a method of optimizing knowledge. At the same time, the target that value output can realize maximizing optimization will be achieved through continuously maintenance and renewing the network structure.
