Corporation Intellectual Property Management: Stratagems Programming And Organization System Building

At the beginning of the new century, with the further advance on the stratagem status of Intellectual Property (IP) system in the fields of national economy, society development and technique progress, the management of IP has played an essential role in the process of business running and management. In this regard, many foreign corporations have accumulated a lot of successful experience. Currently, the problems in the corporations in our country stand out in two aspects: lacking of stratagem consciousness of IP and organization system of IP.Applying multiplex subject theories and methods such as , economics and manage , beginning from the basic concept of IP and IP management, this thesis carries out demonstration analysis of the IP Management in corporations of our nation and overseas countries. Considering among the international compare, the thesis puts forward that stratagems programming and organization system building are the two main problems that Chinese corporations are faced with. Then the thesis carries out particular discuss about these two problems in the third chapter and the fourth chapter. In the end, according to the national practice, the thesis puts forward the assumption of strengthening the agency organs building to promote IP management in corporation and the scheme of information flat of IP building.
