Globalization and Internet economy present electronic currency and network banking before us. Electronic currency is increasingly permeating our daily life, commercial banks is gradually changing into network banking. Accompanied with lots of shocks, electronic currency and network banking also challenge to traditional monetary policy, operating mechanism of banking industry and many other aspects of economy. The enforcement of China National Advanced Payment System (CNAPS) is a crucial reform in the fields of payment and settlement system, and is significant to the development of electronic currency, network-banking and electronic commerce.Through the analysis and research to network-banking, electronic currency and CNAPS, this thesis put forward that network-banking will provide more chance for china to bridge the gap between china and developed countries, make china more competitive and achieve rapid development. Advanced and efficient design of CNAPS can not only encourage the economic development by accelerating the circulation currency, but provide an efficient settlement platform for Chinese payment on the network. CNAPS plays an important rule in the development of electronic currency, network-banking and electronic commerce, which will bring china into an era of electronic currency.There are six parts of my thesis: Part one, the development and characteristics of network banking; Part two, the condition and characteristics of china's network banking; Part three, the problems of domestic network banking, gives suggestion to the development of Chinese network banking; Part four, supported by monetary theory analyzes the formation of electronic currency and its deep influence on finance and economy, researches the problems and puts forward solutions in the development of Chinese electronic currency; Part five, according to the experience in practice, studies the significance of CNAPS to Chinese banks and electronics commerce; Part six, outlook the promising future of Chinese network banking.
