The Research On Crimes Of Terrorism Against The Background Of Economic Globalization

Since 1990s, economic globalization has been an irreversible major trend and the most outstanding property of the economic development of the contemporary world. As a course full of conflict, it promoted the global economic integration as well as created various prerequisites to eliminate global crimes of terrorism and provided material basis for production of crimes of terrorism. Furthermore, it inspired the extreme trend of crimes of terrorism. Therefore, it's of great importance to study the inherent relationship between economic globalization and crimes of terrorism and realize modern social roots of crimes of terrorism in order to promote global development and strengthen global anti-terrorism struggle.The paper studied crimes of terrorism against the background of economic globalization and planned to explore the countermeasures at the era of economic globalization via the study of the inherent relationship between crimes of terrorism and economic globalization, the status quo, the property and the causes of formation of crimes of terrorism against the background of economic globalization and the existent rules and system of the international community and our country to control crimes of terrorism. Firstly, the paper analyzed the inherent relationship between crimes of terrorism and economic globalization and pointed out that modem crimes of terrorism are the incidentals of economic globalization and the embodiment of four conflicts of contemporary world; Secondly, it introduced the history and status quo of the five typical contemporary crimes of terrorism, made a quantitative analysis of the developing trend of crimes of terrorism, summarized the global property and analyzed the deep roots of crimes of terrorism against the background of economic globalization; Thirdly, it introduced the status quo of the control of crimes of terrorism by global and regional international conventions and our criminal law; Lastly, aiming at the shortages of existent international and national anti-terrorism legislation, the paper made some suggestions and pointed out that only setting up a just and rational political, economic and cultural new order and eliminating inner roots of crimes of terrorism radically, can the international community build an international environment hi favor of people of different countries to share win, peace and prosperity together.
