The Research On Biding M Under The Mode Of Bill Quantity Valuation

Biding under the mode of valuation with bill quantity is an organic system. According to this paper, it includes three parts, which are information collecting system, customary biding system and rapid biding system.When tender for a construction work with bill quantity, the contractor has to consider many facts, which were not be considered or considered inadequately before. Aimed at it, this paper designed a message collecting system to make the bidding work be established on the foundation of entirely and system message. Aimed at the defect that many Chinese contractor lack risk consciousness, this paper designed a risk management system, and studied on risk identifying, risk valuation and risk control.Building construction quota is the core of customary biding system. Concrete measure and plan were presented for setup structure and item coding of construction quota; and based upon historical record in building of contractor, wastage of resources in construction quota were calculated through statistical analysis method, this offered a new approach for the building of construction quota. During the process of construction quota building, there are a lot of number need to be identified whether they belong to normal or not. Aimed at this problem, this paper brought forward a countermeasure to settle it by the use of error theory. Besides those, some research had been made on the maintenance of dynamical construction quota and resources price information storeroom in this paper.Rapid biding system includes four parts, which are construction quota, resources price information storeroom, case based reasoning method and integrative unit price creation. This paper dissertated the step, principle, and function of case-based reasoning method, brought forward concept of standard case and setting method, fixed the characteristic facts, presented verdict matrix and the principle of coherence for the verdict, studied the calculating method for resemble degree and characteristic facts weightiness, analyzed the manner of case retrieve and case management. At last, based on the index smoothness model, the rapid integrative unit price-calculating model were build up after necessary technical disposal.
