Center Asia, that includes multi-Nation and multi-religion, is thecenter of the Religions extremism, national splittism and Violentterrorism (which are shortened as "the three forces" in the article.), andtheir interaction and collaboration have affected the political patterns andregional stability and development in this region. Xinjiang is the neighborof Center Asia. Therefore, East-Turkistan in XinJiang is associated with"the three forces" in thoughts, organizations and actions, among otherthings. In another words, the security and stability in Center Asia directlyaffect Xinjiang. This thesis is developed into four sections to amplify. First section: "the three forces" in Center Asia This section mainly investigates on the thoughts and positions of "thethree forces" as well as their connections. Then, there is an introductionof present situation. Pan-Islamism and Pan-Turkism, which are the basisof "the three forces", are two mixed trend of thought spread anddeveloped in Center Asia over a century. Now they have developed into apolitical campaign and formed their thinking basis , they took advantageof the independence of the five countries to create a series of conflictsbetween Center Asian countries . The purpose is either substitutingsovereigns for so-independent countries or setting up Islamic countries, or iiiboth. Second section: the influence that made by the collaboration of "thethree forces" after cold war. In another words, that's the influence on thepolitical patterns and social stability and development in Center Asia . After the cold war, the independence of the five countries changed thepolitical territory of Europe-Asian continent a lot. And abundantpetroleum and natural gas resource cause the powers and their neighborsto urgently press on their politics, economy, military and culture, As thedevelopment of "the three forces", it endangers the political stability andthe development of economy and society in Center Asia, and causes thepeople's confusion and makes the transnational crime more complicated, such as the smuggling of the drug and arms. These could have an influence on the political pattern and socialstability and development in Center Asia. Third section : the influence of "the three forces" on the security inXinjiang First , this section explains East-Turkistan is the product of "ThreeDoctrines", then has a further explanation on the danger in Xinjiang madeby East-Turkistan and "the three forces", East-Turkistan, that exists inXinjiang, is the national splittists who work on breaking up united Chinaand also a branch of the international terrorists. Form Historical andrealistic viewpoint, "Three Doctrines" always combines and comes along ivwith East-Turkistan. They hold the flag of religion and make use of theterrorism for their splittism. East-Turkistan in Xinjiang, being one part, echoes with "the three forces", which endangers the secure surroundingssocial stability and the national unity in China; and harms the regionalautonomy of minority nationality; and blocks the development of westernChina. Therefore, "the three forces" and East-Turkistan are the publicenemy not only to China but also to the peace of Center Asia and theworld. Fourth section, after "9.11", the new political phenomena in CenterAsia makes an influence on the security in Xinjiang. First, this section explains the US take Center Asia as the key of theglobal security strategy after "9.11", and seize the opportunities to controlCenter Asia which make the effects of the powers appear differently, andaffected the world–political situation and the geographic situation inCenter Asia. This section also explains some secure problems occurs in westernChina and some complicated and severe situation exists in theanti-splittism after the involvement of the US.
