Research Of Supervision Information System In The Supervision Company Of Tianjin Petroleum And Chemical Corporation

Since 1988 Construction Deputy of China has begun to implement 'construction supervision' in the field of construction. During these years, most supervision company want to enhance their competence by supplying 'whole system, whole process' supervision to clients. Supervision information system is useful for this aim. But only setting up an information system is not enough, the supervision company must adjust the structure of the company at the same time.In this dissertation, it is proposed that a supervision company should set up a core department called the department of major supervisor. In this core department, there are kinds of technique that those supervision engineers need and significant experience that those supervision engineers get from kinds of projects management. Then this department can support all the project management teams through a supervision information system. This system joins all the project management teams to the core department.First chapter states what is 'construction supervision', what is the quality of the 'construction supervision' and what is the 'whole system, whole process' supervision. The second chapter will give you some knowledge of supervision information system.Third chapter and forth chapter is the most important part. A supervision company—the Supervision Company of Tianjian Petroleum and Chemical Corporation adjusts its company's structure by setting up its major supervisor department to satisfy the need of applying supervision information system. In the forth part, the practice of applying local area network in the management of Peike petroleum warehouse is introduced. Then, the layout of company's information system is given. the function of quality control, investment control and schedule control of a supervision system is stated in detail. At last an structure of supervision information system is given , such as its data base and web window.The last chapter is a summarize chapter. The content and the main research result of this dissertation are summarize: A supervision should not only set up a supervision information system, but also adjust the structure of the company to satisfy its applying.
