This thesis, consisting of 6 chapters, is focused on the corporate training. Chapter I: General introduction of the corporate training. It covers the significance of raining, the trend of the training, levels of the training, categories of training and problems encountered during the training. Chapter II elaborates on the training needs analysis which is the first step and foundation of training. The training needs analysis is introduced from its necessity, and three others aspects, supported by the methods used in conducting training needs analysis. Chapter III deals with the training design and preparation, from setting training goals and training plan to designing training systems and training budgeting. Chapter IV: Training Implementation. It covers training planning, training preparation, trainer's psychological preparation, training skills and how to end the training. Chapter V tells how to increase the effectiveness of training by using training evaluation. Chapter VI is a case study based on the training of Sheraton Tianjin Hotel.This thesis covers the corporate training in a progressive and logical sequence. It focuses on theory as well as on practicality, giving a new vision to the research of the corporate training.
