A Study Of Optimization And Evaluation Of Enterprise Training System Of Daqing Oilfield

In today's world economy globalization, the competitive advantage of a country depends on economic development of enterprises; and the competitive advantage of an enterprise depends on its human resources and development. Enterprise training is the key factor that determines the level of human resources and competitive advantage of the enterprise. Daqing Oilfield is a supper large petroleum company in China. It has been developed for more than 40 years. Its systems have been established both in technology development and employee training. However, the structure and the running system of the enterprise training system, which has been shaped under the planning economy system for a long term, has no longer match the need of enterprise development completely in the new international economy environment. It is very important to analyses, optimize, evaluate, and study the existed enterprise training system. In this paper, it proposes an idea of optimizing training objective, which is based on the company development strategy, after analyzing the current enterprise training system of Daqing Oilfield; it establishes an integer planning model of which structure is optimized on cost-benefit objected training content and format; it establishes the enterprise training evaluation index system which is based on 3 dimension of training content system, training effect and benefit, training facility and teachers; it establishes an quantifiable evaluation model of the enterprise training system which is based on the method of hierarchical analysis-illegibility general evaluation. It has gained an effective result on optimization and evaluation while the method proposing in this paper was applied in the enterprise training of a branch company of Daqing oilfield.
