An Empirical Study On The Relation Of Organizational Learning Capacity, Knowledge Acquisition And Cooperation Performance In Skill-Based Cooperation

The paper is an empirical study on Chinese enterprises, which founded Skill-Based Strategic Cooperation. By means of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the aim of study is to probe the structure of Organizational Learning Capacity (OLC), then discuss the relationship of OLC, Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Cooperation Performance (CP) with SEM. Furthermore, the paper have an intensive discussion on the substantial relation between OLC and CP.After checking the international and domestic documents of relative content, the appropriate measures of OLC, KA and CP are picked up. Five-point Likert Scale are used to grade these measures. After the pre-test by expert, the questionnaire for pilot study is formed.The object of the pilot study is to simplify the small sample's data and find the basic structure of factors. In virtue of EFA and reliability analysis, the pilot questionnaire was modified and the formal questionnaire was developed. In the survey of the second phase, the samples involved over 1000 enterprises all over the country. After Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and reliability Analysis secondly, we confirm that the measure system of OLC, KA, CP have high reliability. The three-dimensions structure of OLC is modeled rightly and the formal questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Finally, we employ SEM to analyze the big-sample data and tend to validate the proposition model with Amos4.0. The conclusion shows that OLC have a significant effect on KA and KA has a great effect on CP too. However, OLC isn't directly influencing CP but through the medial variable KA to take effect on CP. Furthermore, We discuss the relation of the dimensions between OLC and CP.As mentioned above, Basing on the relative organization learning and skill-based cooperation theories and by means of Survey, EFA, SEM, we put up with a measure system to describe the structure of OLC, and then discuss the relation of OLC, KA and CP. Moreover, we study how OLC has take effect on CP.
