When the time of knowledge-based economy ages come, human resources have become the most priceless wealth of any crops. Especially, after our fatherland obtained the entrance to the WTO. How to encourage executives' behaviors, how to relate responsibility, risk and performance with executives' income, an important way is to build a rational and effective system of encouragement and binding. As an encouragement and binding method, salary system of executive year can solve the benefit conflict between owners and managers. In the processing of research, my article firstly retrospect the theories on the system of encouragement and binding in order to make a further study. Secondly, the article focuses the research on the basic knowledge of salary system of executive year. It consists of the advantages and problems that the salary system of executive has in this chapter. Thirdly, compared with the practices in other countries, the article afford a solution to build an effective system of encouragement and binding. Finally, the thesis sets up the direction to salary system of executive year and puts forward a suggestion to connect the operation performance with salary system of executive year.
