Study On The Industry Land Expansion Of Small Town

With the acceleration of urbanization in China, small town plays more and more important role in society and economy. Currently, small town develops fastest in urban system and takes up the main part of land of urban expansion. However industry land expansion is the main body of small town expansion. Under the condition of much people in little land and the shortage of land resource, the problem about land use becomes the key and critical problem to the development of small town. To study industry land expansion of small town and seek the best combination of small town's development and land resource's sustained use become a question that should be solved urgently.The author specifies intension of industry land expansion of small town and basic theory used in the article, concludes the condition of industry development and industry land expansion. After that the author analyses the motive mechanism and resistant mechanism of industry land expansion in small town, reveals the basic formation and characters of formation change in the industry land expansion of small town and constructs the mathematics models of industry land expansion of small town regarding Tongcheng County and Xiantao County as the examples. At last, the author presents several relative suggestion on the foundation of above analysis to control the confused expansion of small town's industry land.
