Research On International Capital Operation Strategy Of Chinese Enterprises Under Economic Globalization Circumstance

The economic globalization is changing the development mode of Chinese enterprises. Today when globalization is vigorous, no matter enterprises are big or small, all of them develop towards the globalized mode. To cope with the new situation of international competition, more and more Chinese enterprises begin to go abroad, putting into the tide of international competition.International capital operation is an important step towards internationalization for Chinese enterprises. International transnational groups have already increased entering the domestic market, which make use of abundant capital-operating means to accelerate occupation in domestic market. At the same time, they use financing means on the international capital market to support their strategy expanding in the whole world. To shorten the distance with international big enterprises, Chinese enterprises must depend on international capital operation to catch up with the international rivals. Through the way, Chinese enterprises can set up the new mode of combining international resources, especially obtain the creative assets that are essential for Chinese enterprises, which has already become the strategic choice of most Chinese enterprises.However, the international capital operation in China is still in very backward stage. Internationalized industry investment is more used by Chinese enterprises, but this kind investment which is of little scale, neither benefits the overseas enterprise's development, nor setting up internationalized transnational enterprises. Moreover, Chinese enterprises hardly use the operating means on international capital market.The internationalization of Chinese enterprise is still in very elementary stage, a series of traditional policies and management system are also restricted to the development of foreign investing and financing in China. When the internationalized tide upsurges constantly, we should face with these questions, and find the way of solving them actively. This thesis tries to put forward some strategic idea of perfecting international capital operation in our country according to the questions existing in operation. Chinese enterprises should strengthen capital operation in order to set up competitive international groups.
