The competition among financial industry has been more severely after China entered into WTO, especially in the life insurance industry, facing foreign insurance companies' competitions, the perfecting of insurance agency market system and the impactions, such as the financial products to the family financing method . In order to keep strong growth in the competition, the staff straining is becoming one of the key factors for life insurance maintaining their core competence.By using relative training theory, analyze the training system of Pingan life insurance company, On the basis of researching the training theories of China and foreign countries, find out the existing defects in training demand analyses, training planning and implement, assess of training result and training implement safeguard of the present system, find out that it is necessary and critical to set up training system of learning groups in Pingan life insurance company. According to the existing defects, considering the insurance's development strategy and the staff's career, set up a more perfect system of training demand analyses, training planning and implement, assess of training result and training implement safeguard. By taking the advantage of the staff resources and getting the support from all levels of management, establish a perfect staff training system for both organization and staff, and guarantee the good operation of the stuffs training system with the system and culture..
