| The appearance of knowledge economy and fast development of information technology will cause an essential revolution of enterprise management. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a production of revolution. As is known to all, real estate enterprise has much difference to general industry, according to the new situations which real estate enterprise fact with and advanced management theories. The paper studies the implementation of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) based on the particularity of real estate industry, enterprise and production.This paper introduced the popular management idea of BPR into real estate Company. In the first, Background of BPR of real estate enterprise and BPR of research situation of home and abroad were introduced. Secondly, the paper elaborated characteristics and classify of business process of real estate enterprise. Through analyzing organization structure and supply chain of real estate enterprise, framework of business process was brought forward. Thirdly, the paper elaborate implementing BPR in real estate enterprise and problems during implementation of BPR.,in respect of implementation, BPR of FY Co. Ltd (Nan jing) was taken as an example to bring forward the corresponding advices on the way of BPR in Real Estate Company. In the end, this paper discussed reengineering of organization structure, using IT, organizational culture and human resources in real estate enterprise.
