Corporate culture originated in America and then it had further developed in Japan. It spread to our country in the early 1980s. Corporate culture has developed so fast that our age is called the Age of Culture Management. The core of corporate culture is the enterprise values. The successful enterprises advocate the human-oriented enterprise value. The human-oriented enterprise value maintains that human beings are the foundation of the development of enterprises. Human beings should be centred on the business management . The enterprises should realize a transition from 'utilizing man' to 'for man' and make their own development by creating conditions for employees' self-development and self-fulfillment. Therefore, it is fairly necessary to study the human-oriented corporate culture. In the modern times, technological innovation has been the important source of the core competitive capacity of the enterprises. It s meaningful and significant to construct the human-oriented corporate culture so as to inspire the people's creativity and promote the technological innovation efficiently .This paper discusses the main patterns of the human-oriented corporate culture ,its function and mechanism, compares it with the ordinary corporate culture and points out that 'meaning man' is its prerequisite. It also analyses the positive function of the human-oriented corporate culture on each stage of technological innovation: it can affect the imagination and cultivation and assessment of technological innovation, promote the exploitation and trial produce of innovative technology, and prompt the realization of the value and expand the achievements of technological innovation. At last, taking the corporate culture of Haier as a successful example, this paper suggests that we should construct the human-oriented corporate culture to prompt the technological innovation ,and should also pay attention to some opinions mentioned and take some measures now. The main opinions and measures include that this culture should attach great importance to the individual personalities, form the trustful mechanism and meet the study needs of employees, construct the self-management team and good communicative mechanism.
