Studies Of The Ecological Mode And Countermeasures Of The Food Industry In Jilin Province

Food is the main material foundation which the mankind depends on for existence and development. The food industry is the most important industry concerning the social stability, the development of national economic, and the standard of peoples' living directly. It occupies very important position in the course of national economic development, which becomes one of the important signs of economy level, living standards of the people and civilization degree in a country or region. In Jilin Province, the food industry has already developed into the dominant supporting industry, only second to the automobile industry. How to carry on ecology development to the food industry of Jilin Province, however, still lack essential research. On the background of the development of recycle economy of Jilin Province, the ecology development problem of the food industry is discussed in the thesis. The main research contents of this thesis include: Studying progress of the eco-typic food industry both at home and abroad, and the discussion of theories, such as sustainable development theory, system engineering theory, industrial eco-system theory, etc.; the study of green-supply-chain of the food industry in Jilin Province; the study of the eco-economy zone of the food industry, and the study of the corresponding development model in each eco-economy zone; the study of the implementation countermeasure of the ecological development of the food industry; finally through case study, the ecological development model of the food industry have certain science.
