When information economy age comes, human has been the important factor that enterprises realize its strategic target. But the measure of human resource value is a difficult question that boxes up to people. Especially the measure of enterprise's whole human resources value is first question that needed settled for the need of the human resource value accounting and the management of human resource. The research of enterprise's whole human resources value measure models of this paper has very important theory meaning and realistic significance.This paper researches and discusses on the enterprise's whole human resources value measure models.Firstly, the author explains the basic theories of enterprise's whole human resources value, including defining such several pieces of basic conception as human resources, human resources value and enterprise's whole human resources value, etc; analyzing the factors influencing enterprise's whole human resources value to reflect in detail; summing up conception and characteristics of enterprise's whole human resources value measure.Secondly, the author researches four existing measure models of enterprise whole human resources value both at home and abroad which are relatively powerful. The author analyses and compares those models' each own advantages and deficiencies and comprehensively appraises those four models. Those establish the foundation for the modification of the models.Finally, on the basis of study above, the author modifies the comparatively perfect model to four models --" net output discount law future " —which put forward by scholar in our country --Shangen Wen. The author introduces an adjustment coefficient~k~that influences the influencing degree of enterprise's whole human resources value influence factors, and proposes the model after modifying. To calculate the adjust coefficient-- k, the author uses the mathematic tool of multi-level gray evaluation model. This modification enables the result of measure closer to real value of the whole human resources of enterprise. This is the main innovation of this paper.
