The structure of dual economy between cities and rural areas is economic phenomenon, which was gradually formed, expanded and disappeared eventually. It is the only way that any country must pass during its industrialization. It is also a crucial issue concerning the all-round development of national economy. By the look of realistic situation, dual economic structure not only is conspicuous contradiction in economic structure store of developing country, it is important reason to form relative poverty and backward too.lt is demonstrated from both the experience of some developed countries and the reality of some developing countries , with the development of social economy, unified economic structure is an inevitable outcome.
