In developed countries, agricultural information had speeded the process of agricultural modernization, promoting the agriculture high speed develop. Information technology, should be the best way for the agricultural extension of our country to catch up and surpass the advanced level of the world. Through the whole provincial information service network project established, Hebei provincial information service network realized connected operation in province, city and county levels. After years operate, in the development of Hebei agriculture, the positive results appeared, information service system and service mechanism improved greatly. Although there are some shortcomings, such as the network scope covered limited, the information can't reach the peasant timely, the ability to help the peasant to use the information not strong enough. Based on the above-mentioned analysis, bring forward the direct and keystones of agriculture informationization of Hebei Province at present stage, which comprise of mainly relying on the government support, speeding up the public network and information platform for the agricultural information service, strengthening the quality of agricultural information service workers. Finally, nails down the object, contents, quality and means of the agricultural information service, designs the effective government-oriented mechanism of the agriculture information service in which encourages firms and social funds to invest in the building of the agriculture informationization under the principle of the investor enjoying the benefit, promotes the general adoption of market principle in the agricultural information service.
