Labor is human activity that people intend to pay out physical and mental power to meet their varied needs under the conditions of socialist market economy, not only labor products can become commodities, non-labor products also can become commodities. The nature of commodity is the characteristic of usefulness, scarcity, limit and exchange. Value is the attribute of goods and labor that bring economic interests. The source of value is that labor create value and factors-of-production bring interests.
