Research On Agriculture Water Price And Related Problems In Taoqupo Irrigation District

China is a country that lack water resources, but it is a big country in irrigation. The irrigation district agriculture water is more important to resolve the food safe problem in our country. So how to allocate and use the limited agriculture water resources validly become the focus of recent years research . The research on agriculture water price and related problem become . very outstanding too.This thesis starts with the overview on the reform history and the present condition of agriculture water price in our country, and discovers the existing problems. Based on analyzing the cause of these problems, the author put forward the problems that must be studied, then commencing the research. Firstly,the writer proceeded the thorough research on domestic and international water price condition and related theories of water pricing, analyze the importance of the water price as economic lever theoretically. At the same time, research theoretically on the development condition and function of water right and its bargaining in current water resources management etc.. Secondly, the writer selects TaoQuPo irrigation district as the research object, through analyzing the system of this irrigation district, find the problems of water price and its related reformation that should be resolved. According to the last few years' datas about cost and water quantities etc. from TaoQuPo irrigation district, the writer proceed the price of agriculture water quantifiedly from the irrigation district income, farmer income,economized to use water three aspects. Finally synthesizing the three aspects, make the new price level and structure of TaoQuPo irrigation district agriculture water. The writer has read lots of papers to know that the research on water price is not only how to price, but still involves its related problem to support it.According to this, in consideration of studying wholly, the writer study the reformation of TaoQuPo irrigation district how to be SIDD, study reconstruction for water saving rationally, and put the own views on leading the farmers' behavior of using water. Finally, through concerning latest research results of water price reform, the writer prospects the water price reform for TaoQuPo irrigation district.
