Study On The Methods Of Cost Management And Performance Appraisal In Electric Power Engineering

Referring to 'Total Cost Management' and combining to the status of our country's electric power engineering cost management, the paper aims at affording reference for power group corporation to found a series of cost management system and operation process. Firstly, the author designs the project management model—the group corporation setting up the Project Management Enterprise. Secondly, the author establishes the cost management system that based on the execution estimate, and brings forwards the performance appraisal that regarding the execution estimate as the target value and the estimate as the peak. Thirdly, aiming at the insufficiency of Earned Value Management—cannot distinguish the two factors that bring the cost variance, the author improves on it by introducing OV. Finally the author progresses earned value analysis and performance appraisal with a case.
