Research On Non-governmental Investment Under The Reform Of The Investment And Financing Circulation System

Investment is the main motive force of the economic growth and key element to restructure economy and strengthen economic comprehensive power, especially to our country with a fast developing economy. In order to keep a high-speed and high-efficient investment mechanism, the reform of the system of investment and financing of our country is very important. But the reform in the field of investment and financing remains thousands of strands and loose ends at present, facing a series of problems. A piece of "breach" at this moment is essential to the reform. In the author's opinion, "non-governmental investment" is exactly this essential "breach". Since the reform and opening-up of China, the private economy of our country has developed rapidly, so that they have become an indispensable strength in the economic system of our country. No matter it contributes in direct economy or plays a positive role on the impact to people's ideas, it has enough economic force and high-efficient operating mechanism to take on this important task. But the development of non-governmental investment in our country is also facing a series of difficult problems. This paper points out on the basis of analyzing these difficult problems that the government should give assistance in such policies as the law and finance. At the same time, the non-governmental investment should also overcome its own shortcoming.
