| Since the 13th the Fourth Plenary Session Of the Party Central Committee, Jiang Zeminis inheritting Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and our party about the foundation of the thoughtof the democratic centralism, have summarized our party , historical experience of carryingout democratic centralism of the country and new experience, especially insist and developfresh experience of democratic centralism since summarizing reform and opening-up,important position and theoretical foundation to the activities within the party and democraticcentralism principle in the state organ, basic content and basic demand , carrying out about thedemocratic centralism ,etc. have all compared the overall generalization and deepargumentation, have formed Jiang Zemin's democratic centralism thought. This text aims atdescribing Jiang Zemin's democratic centralism thought, and probe into its theory meaningand practice meaning deeply.
