The Comparative Research On Improving Urbanization Comprehensive Level Of Changchun

It has become a great theoretical and practical problem,which people pay more attention to for a long time, such as study and establishment of urbanization development strategy,the increase of urbanization comprehensive level. From a long time, the research for a regional urbanization stands in itself. It can not think over its position and draw up rather more rational scheme from a perspective of the bigger zone which includes itself. What's more,single appraisal index which is frequently used to characterize the urbanization development level have some limits, it only can partly show the urbanization development level from some aspect, but not reflect the connotation of urbanization completely. Based on the theory and method of city geography, regional economics, the city and regional planning, adopting the method of combination theory analyse with empirical research, combination quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, the article constructs the index system of comprehensive level of urbanization,compares the city of Changchun with other cities at the deputy provincial level,points out the advantage and disadvantage of urbanization develop of Changchun,then puts forward the countermeasure to enhance it. The article consists of three parts mainly: The first part, the article discriminates the concept of urbanization and urbanization level , systematically concludes and summarizes the theory of develop stage of urbanization, evelopment of regional spatial structure, the urban-rural intregration,etc.,brings forward the practical background of the regional comparison about the urbanization comprehensive level of Changchun. The second part, by the means of AHP,on the basic of the index system of the urbanization comprehensive level, the article analizes the urbanization comprehensive level of Changchun from the urbanization speed, the economic growing level, the social develop level, the buildding of the infrastructure and the ecological environment. The last part, on the basis of the regional compare about the urbanization comprehensive level of Changchun, the article recognizes its advantage and the disadvantage, then draws on the other experience and advances the countermeasure to inhence the urbanization comprehensive level of Changchun.
