Enterprise-Informatization is namely both opportunity and risk as for the textile enterprise. The informatization risks are the byproduct of the enterprise informatization and the probability of IT negative effect. IT venture is the major component of the textile enterprise venture in IT age, which brings the venture directly or indirectly through the venture of itself and practical venture.Form the perspective of the risks, this thesis discussed the enterprise imformatization through identifying, evaluating and controlling the IT venture of textile enterprise for the purpose of increasing the infomatization effect of textile enterprise. Based on investigating and collecting the information of the management status in quo of more than ten textile enterprise, as well as by synthetically using the knowledge of management science, cybernetics and computer technology, it studied the reason, classification, and essential characteristics of the enterprise informatization risks and built the venture evaluate system by considering the three factors of IT venture time, field and result effect. Finally the main venture of textile enterprise IT was classified controlled and monitored.Thereby, main risks assured the continuous development ofenterprise IT well, and promoted the improvement of textile enterprise under the new economic conditions.Main content of the thesis:1 -It analyzed the problems that have been encounted in textile enterprise IT, and introduced the concept of textile enterprise IT venture, origin and characteristics.2.Through investigating the research items of textile enterprise IT, it built the three-dimensional evaluate system in order to synthetically evaluate the textile enterprise IT venture. We set up the field dimensionality from the inclusive extension of IT, the result effect dimensionality from the venture time break out which would affect enterprise, the time dimensionality from the enterprise information course as well as the information phase which the enterprise situated. Administrative levels and dark evaluate method were adopted in process synthetically venture evaluate to three-dimensional venture index system, in which the risks indexes weight was calculated through the methods of AHP(the Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Delphi. In this paper several textile enterprises in Huadong Area have been taken as examples to calculate the risks indexes synthetical weight.3.The textile enterprise IT venture was controlled according to the control theory of "input—deal with -output". Based on the venture evaluating and the detailed instances of textile enterprise, it pointed out the textile enterprise IT risks control theory, classified controlling the main venture of IT, and processing the venture controlling during the whole course of enterprise IT. Through this kind of reasonable and effective controlling to IT venture data, the IT venture can be reduced, IT action can berestricted and finally the successful IT aim can be assured to come true.The main creative viewpoints of this thesis as following: 1.The textile enterprise IT ventures was processed systemically and studied generally by utilizing the advanced item management and risks evaluate theory. By using this advanced method, the textile enterprise venture management can be promoted to a higher level and the IT construction level can be increased. 2.The three-dimensional model of textile enterprise IT venture evaluation was built, and the general evaluation were processed.
