System Research On Our Country's Individual Agent System Of Life Insurance

In 1992, individual agent system of life insurance was led into the Chinese market by the American allied country insurance company. Then in China,the life insurance industry presents an unprecedented development situation. However, in the transplanting and adoption process of the system,because of the limitation of the factors including history, culture ,legal standard and system design, our country insurance agency system also appears some bad tendency in its development process such as moral risks and good faith crises, which seriously deterred the insurance Market from developing,also disturbed the order of insurance consumption markets.Under the global financial crisis and along with the deepening economic system reform, we should pay much attention on the bad tendency of our country's individual agent system of life insurance.In order to solve the problem it is not enough to learn experiences from advanced countries. It calls for make a systematic and thorough investigation of the individual agent system of life insurance. This paper starts from the analysis of conceptions, analyze the essence of the problem of the individual agent system of life insurance, summarize the advanced experiences from U.S.A, Japan. We hope to raise some valuable advices.This paper is divided into four parts.In the first part, analyze the connection and difference with insurance agent and general agency, mainly discuss the conception and features of individual agent .And describe its law position.In the second part, reviewing the historic development of individual agent system of life insurance ,assess the present condition and reason of national insurance agent, to find out the problems.The third part, analyze and evaluate the characteristics of U.S.A and Japan's individual agent system of life insurance, for summarizing these advanced experience to learn.The fourth part, on the basement of historical analysis and comparable analysis, combining the reality of our country, the thesis raises several measures to reconstruct and perfect our country individual agent system of life insurance.
