Study On The Initiative Of State Owned Enterprises' Ideological And Political Work Based On Corporate Social Responsibility

Strengthening on ideological and political coaching is a best convention of Chinese Communist Party, which brings out significant effect during the historic stages of its growth. It is either a clue in the life time of economic and the other fields, or a central nexus by which the fundamental construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization are guaranteed.It is highlighted as to the effect of having promoted the state owned enterprise's progress, that ideological coaching as an important part of spiritual civilization plays an important role in particular.In state owned enterprise, the communist party committee takes the leads to such organizations as Labor Union and Communist Youth to mold up employee's fair belief on life expectancy, value and career by gathering much material of education, trying to result to a vision about the future for better attitude on living , working and making due contribution to society.History has a proof for such a truth that Chinese state owned enterprise is significantly promoted by such a traditional ideological coaching as one having been a spiritual cohesion that united the labor in difficult times toward the promising future. However, as brighter days come, the traditional scheme of ideology and coaching methods may not fair to go with any more, we need a progress either. Changing with the sight of a global and fast developing era, the main-stream perspective in this field needs more fresh elements to guide the state-owned enterprise grow with the time and global environment, making Chinese enterprise believed by the world peers. Thus we welcome the transition come out.The west had had a boost in enterprise social responsibility when traditional ideological and political coaching permeated in China, the movement with the propaganda of ideals that enterprise as one of distinguished social element are expected to take responsibility of more than the daily commercial activities. Whence they took care about ideas and behavior of the labor that suit better to society, such as taking a hand on labor right protection, environment maintenance, mercy donation, consortium construction and so on, which is at large bears similar functionality as what Chinese do to people. In this paper, we are taking a view on social responsibility, trying to retrospect on its background and fundamental of theory, merging with the existing strength of accumulation of traditional Chinese ideological and political coaching, and finally illustrate a central idea on the break-up point from such an enterprise responsibility, to implement the initiative of Chinese enterprise political work. The vision of the theory is to make Chinese enterprise be either a native to suit in-land operational scheme, or a global harmonious to the global convention and trend. The new scheme is hopeful to be innovated, that is, to combine both political coaching and social liability, and to make enterprise in China contribute to society better along with their time table of routine commercial activity.
