With a comprehensive upgrade of China's comprehensive national strength, China's social structure in the world today and the status of international responsibility has also been greatly improved, which caused some Western countries facing the continuous growth of China to feel panic ,or to advocate "China's threat" and the like other unusual public pressure, or to use "investment, cooperation" signs which will be highly polluting industries into China, either directly to shift the "foreign garbage" and other elements created ecological crisis to China , and so the nature of the trick is to do everything possible to interfere with nothing more than China's socialist modernization. At the same time, in the context of globalization, the Chinese Communist Party led the people during the course focus on development, and always accompanied by population, energy, resources, environment and other aspects of stress, these factors in a certain area and time constraints have become the speed of economic and social construction bottleneck, the Chinese matter has always been intertwined with the world's problems together, solving the problems need to have a vision of the world and reflect the sense of the world.How to effectively respond to the challenges from the international public opinion, from how to effectively overcome the problems faced by domestic development, how to carry out sustainable development strategy, coordinate the harmonious development of man and nature, so that our country took to the development of production, living well off the road of civilized development, building a harmonious socialist society we must address the major strategic issues. Verification of theory is both the cause of manufacturers of ecological crisis and a panacea for ills radical ecological crisis. In the contemporary world, in the face of global ecological problems of the growing trend of increased domestic and foreign many theorists invariably turned to treasure-house of the classic Marxist theory, trying to hidden from ideological and theoretical resources which make it out of the current serious inspiration and the crisis can play a catalytic role. Needless to say, the creation of scientific concept of development is in the present historical context of creative development of Marxism.The critical spirit and innovative ideas that the study of Marxist theorists in abroad reflected the process of industrialization would help us to grasp the new changes in contemporary capitalism, new features, and help us identify those countries to pursue the capitalist system subject to "capital logic" to the global ecological plunder and colonization but always using the name of "green" under the banner of the anti-intervention in other countries to develop ecological nature. They root causes of environmental problems and their solutions to explore, for us to revisit and correct handling of the process of modernization in China with a series of contemporary issues, establish a correct outlook on development, Capital, Technology, Value and to firmly persist the guidance of Marxism as a social construction of ecological civilization, the theoretical basis for China to achieve sound and rapid construction of ecological civilization and learn the meaning of inspiration.John B. Foster, an American scholar, is a leading figure in contemporary western ecological Marxists camp. In the course of his studying the relationship between Marx and ecology, Foster finally uses as the title of one of his monographs Marx's Ecology, instead of the originally chosen title Marx and Ecology, which seems to reflect the change of his theoretical standpoint, specially, from questioning that Marx has ecological thought to confirming that point. In order to rebut the various criticisms and charges imposed upon Marx concerning ecological issues, Foster decides to clarify the fundamental issue of whether Marx has ecological thought .Foster works out the solution by interpreting the classic texts of Marx and the historical background of ecological thought. On the basis of revealing the ecological implication of Marx's concept of "material change", Forster formulates his theory of "metabolic rift", which is the Archimedes point of his theory of Marx's Ecology. Using primarily the methods of dual interpretation of text and comparative study in this thesis, I attempt to give a thorough reading of Forster's Marx's Ecology, combined with Foster's profound accounts of Marx's ecological thought in his other relevant writings, I therefore fully affirm Forster's theoretical achievements. Furthermore, in the light of Marx's theory of truth, I critically evaluate the logical tension in Forster's theory and his misunderstanding of and deviation from Marx's theory. Finally, I wish this project will make preliminary contributions to Chinese scholars'formulations of Chinese ecological Marxist theory, to powerfully rebut relevant theoretical accusations, to promote the construction of ecological civilization.
