The Study On That Improving To The Government's Accountability Mechanisms Basing On The Risk Society Theory In China

This article discusses the famous Risk Society Theory in the western world. Based on this theory, it thoroughly summarizes the great success of Governmental Accountability Mechanisms during the passed thirty years since the Open-Door Policy in China. This article also analyzes the existing problems and the aspects to improve in present governmental Accountability Mechanisms, and proposes ways to solve these problems and methods to improve the Mechanisms.This article can be divided into four parts: the first part inducts research ways and results of Risk Society Theory and Governmental Accountability Mechanisms made by scholars from both home and aboard; the second part talks about the connotation, characteristics and the importance of Risk Society Theory and Governmental Accountability Mechanisms; the third part summarizes the results and effects of Governmental Accountability Mechanisms during the passed thirty years under Open-Door policy as well as the existing problems; the fourth part proposes ways and methods to improve the Mechanism from two aspects, which are internal running mechanism and external cooperation mechanisms.
