Immigration has become a common phenomenon of the national and regional population flow, the EU is no exception. It also has been one of the EU's core issues, penetrating the field of politics, economics and society, receiving more and more attention and research. Meanwhile everything in the EU goes with the pace of integration, and this paper tries to explore the migration policy integration in the process of European integration.European integration started in the 1950s, early European integration focuses on the economic and political fields. Although immigration even immigration policy in Europe has a long history, the progress of the integration of migration policies has been slow. Along with the further European integration and the penetration of immigration problem in every field of the EU, Common immigration policy has gradually got more attention, and made some initial achievements. In October 1999, "Tampere programme" came out, this is the first multi-annual programme about common European immigration policy goals; Five years later, the Commission launched a second multi-annual programme "Hague programme". In 2009, the third multi-annual programme "Stockholm programme" has launched.In recent years, with the launch of "blue card" and the effective of Treaty of Lisbon, the integration of the EU's immigration policy achieved rapid development.This article researches the immigration of the EU and the integration of the EU's immigration policy from the vision of history, European integration and immigration policy. The introduction refers to the background of choosing this topic, significance and current condition of research. The first chapter introduces the international migrants, simply summarizes the current mainstream international migration theory and the basic concept involved in the paper. The second chapter generalizes the EU immigration status and the integration of immigration policy. The third chapter introduces the new progress "blue card". The fourth chapter is the evaluation of the integration of the EU's immigration policy. The last part is a conclusion, while the integration of the EU's immigration policy faces many challenges, in the long run, the development of the EU's immigration policy will follow the pace of European integration, the European integration will move towards the direction of further development, so common European immigration policy will realize further unification.
