Effects Analysis Of Citizen Awareness On The Construction Of Law-governed Society

With the development of modern democracy and legal system, constructing legal system society has become the current goal of China's legal construction. The construction of legal society has entered people's field of vision, therefore, people began to deliberate the factors that restrict the development of our country's legal system, especially the problem of citizen consciousness. The people are the most profound social basis of legal construction in any society. For a legal society, the most essential is the legalization of the ideology and the social behavior of its social members, so does the legal construction in China. Not only the perfect legal system and standards, but also the factors of the subject are important for the rule by law. Only citizens'qualities continually promoted, character and consciousness gradually molded, moral awareness and legal belief established, and legal system and standards internalized into citizens'value pursuit, moral belief and behavior requirements, could the legal construction of our country develop successfully for a long time. As a result, to research into the act of citizen consciousness on the construction of society ruled by law, and to put forward the effective ways to cultivate citizen consciousness, will be very important for the reality.This dissertation includes four parts: the first part elaborates the basic connotation and evolving process, the current situation of our citizens consciousness and the necessity of constructing society ruled by law, and it also reveals that the period evolving of the value property of citizen consciousness and current problems. The second part mainly expounds the factors that influence the current China's citizen consciousness, and it specifically analyses the historic and realistic causes. It points out that the factors such as the Confucian culture, feudalistic tradition, economic reform, politic reform and education policies will have different influence on Chinese citizen consciousness, forming the citizen consciousness with specific epoch characterization. The third part is the analysis of citizen consciousness on society ruled by law. It points out that the positive influences of equality consciousness, dignity consciousness, responsibility and obligation consciousness, subject consciousness and participation consciousness on the society ruled by law. And it means citizen consciousness is the decisive psychological factor that influences the success of legal society construction. The fourth part analyses the countermeasures to cultivate our country's citizen consciousness. And puts forward some ways to cultivate citizen consciousness, directing toward the deficit of citizen consciousness, mainly enhancing the construction of democratic politics, stretching legal system construction, developing market economy and transferring legal education orientation.
