On The University Student Enlistee' Present Ideological Situation And Way-out Research

Military Commission of the CPC Central Committee decided to recruit university students for enlistees in a wide range in 2009, subsequently in the same year, 130,000 university students entered the army. The number of university students for enlistees has been increasing with the passing time. The fact that a large number of university students entered the army has fundamentally changed the personnel structure and knowledge hierarchy, also promoted the Modernization development of Chinese People's Armed Police Force. However, the fact also has exerted great influence and challenge on the work of ideological and political education in the army. In turn it is likely to boost the development of ideological and political education system in the army and require the content of ideological and political education should be more pertinent and effective.Form the angle of enriching the theory of ideological and political education and widening the content of ideological and political education as well as improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the army, the thesis intends to analyze the present ideological situation of university student officers and soldiers for the purpose of exploring the good way of improving the effectiveness of university student enlistees'ideological and political education in the army, and also hopes to provide useful experience for the ideological and political education in the army and other divisions in the society.The thesis has four chapters in all. The first chapter is introduction, which includes the importance of researching the ideological situation of university student enlistees, the literature review of this area and researching purpose and methods and so on. The second chapter is one of the key parts, which is to analyze the reasons for the ideological characteristics and existing problems of university student enlistees. The third chapter is important as well as difficult, which plans to summarize and analyze the effect of university student enlistees on the ideological and political education in the army form the perspective of military ideology and education, then personally the author proposes the way-out of those problems. The fourth part is the conclusion.With the help of experts'research methodology in the scholastic circles, also on the ground of the present situations and changes in the military ideological and political education, the thesis hopes to be creative in theory and realistic in practice, which can be summarized as the author's basic concept. The author dares not to make irresponsible remarks of the research'real value, although as an active service officer in the army, the thesis indeed is the outcome and reflection of the author's efforts for these years on the basis of numerous investigations. At last, if there are some limitations in the thesis, the author is willing to accept correction form those teachers and experts.
