Peasantry' Benefit Expressing Mechanism: From The Perspective Of Corpotorism

The deficiency of the power of discourse is one of important reasons why the peasantry is always in a vulnerable position. It is very important to improve the expression mechanism of the peasantry's benefit, which is helpful to change its vulnerable position and promote the harmony and development of the peasantry society. The research how to improve the expression mechanism of the peasantry's benefits is certainly of practical significance. The corporatism is an institutional arrangement between the country and the society, whose prominent function is to collect benefits. It is the core which the corporatism puts focuses on that how to collect different benefits together and puts then into the country mechanism in a unanimous way and helps to coordinate different social benefits and promote the stability, harmony and development of the society. At present, there are many researches about the expression mechanism of the peasantry's benefit in our country, but less ones focus on it from the perceptive of corporatism. So this thesis will observe the expression mechanism of the peasantry's benefits in our country from the perceptive of corporatism.According to the analysis of documents, this thesis mainly focuses on the research of the expression mechanism of the peasantry's benefits. Firstly, this paper analyzes the evolutional process of the expression mechanism of the peasantry's benefits in China in history. It is considered that the development of the expression mechanism of the peasantry's benefits in China is closely related with different measures that our country takes to the peasantry society. Before the Reform and Opening up, the expression of peasantry's benefits was generally under control of the country, which made it hard for the peasantry to express its demand of benefits effectively. Since the Reform and Opening up, the expression of peasantry's benefits has begun to develop, but still in difficulties. And then based on the analysis of the evolution of the expression mechanism of peasantry's benefits in history, this thesis studies the realistic dilemma of it at present and considers that these dilemmas are mainly omissions of organization, expression institution and the subject consciousness of peasantry's expression. Although the expression of the peasantry's benefits is still confronted with difficulties, there arise some changes which make it possible to use the corporatism to improve the expression mechanism of peasantry's benefits as the deep going of the Reform and Opening up. All these changes together with looseness of control of peasantry by the country make it possible for peasantry to express the demand of benefits. Now available peasantry organizations provide the mechanism with organization foundation. Based on the conclusion of these changes, the thesis gives some advices about how to adopt corporatism to improve the expression mechanism of peasantry's benefits in our country. It is considered that it is to develop a relatively centralized organized system standing for the peasantry's benefits. The system is hierarchical, single and uncompetitive. The country is supposed to admit and ensure the legal status of the system. The expression of peasantry's benefits could go into the national institution through the system. The relationship between the country and representative organization of benefits is mainly cooperation.
