The purpose of this thesis is to testify the applicability of Relationship Marketing Mode in China's automotive consulting industry. As a threshold matter, a brief introduction is brought in about the development of consulting industry and automotive consulting industry in China as the basis of the follow-on analysis. Under the premise that there's an urgent in domestic automotive consulting industry for the demand of new marketing model, this thesis imports several embranchments of relationship marketing model and picks one model that is most suitable for domestic market, particularizing what relationship marketing model bring to automotive consulting industry-the change , corresponding returns and costs. In the following section, a specific case study on a certain automotive consulting company is cited and corresponding marketing strategic suggestion under the framework of relationship marketing model are proposed.
