Along with the development of world economic integration and the advance of science and technology, small and medium-sided enterprises (SMES) have also gotten fast develop in recent years. SMES play an important role in solving employment, increasing people's income and promoting economy to develop. However, seen from the development of SMES in the world, the life of SMES does not exceed 20 years normally. The economy of our country have gotten huge development in recent years, such as TCL, Haier and Chang Hong have gotten quick development and certain achievement in the abroad and home. However, from the development course of famous enterprise of the world we can see that the enterprises of our country has always stay in the initial stage, and from the aspect of quality, a lot of famous enterprises of our country could only be namely as SMES. However, the development of these enterprises is important to strengthen our country's comprehensive power and develop the economy of our country. As for the development course of these famous enterprise in recent years, these enterprises of our country is less than the world first class enterprise--such as a huge sum of overseas receive-debt of Chang Hong, the diversity problem of Haier and the huge loss illicit money of TCL etc.-this is not only from scale, also from software, for example, the aspect of management and strategy. But, how promote the enterprise of our country for a long period development? The author thinks that these enterprises should train the key competition ability of enterprise. Key competition ability is different from general competitive advantage. General competitive advantage is that enterprise may keep in a short run, is more specific and may point out clearly; moreover, key competition ability stresses a process, is a learning process, one grow-up process, is also a kind of cultural. This article discusses how to found key competition ability of SMES from above four aspects. First chapter mainly elaborated mid-and small-scale enterprise the definition, has stipulated this article research object; Second chapter elaborated the core competitive ability connotation, has analyzed the question which mid-and small-scale enterprise our country exists; Third chapter elaborated mid-and small-scale enterprise our country the core competitive ability raise way; Fourth chapter elaborated raises the core competitive ability with the strategic judgement, namely the enterprise constructs the strategic alliance to raise the enterprise core competitive ability; Fifth chapter draws the conclusion: The core competitive ability raise is a systems engineering, mid-and small-scale enterprise must need from the enterprise technology innovation ability, to be willing the scenery to construct the study organization and the establishment enterprise culture several aspects together raises the enterprise core competitive ability the raise, simultaneously considered the core competitive ability the raise is not one day two days may raise, also only depends on an enterprise own ability to be able with difficulty to form, the enterprise constructs the strategic alliance to promote enterprise core competitive ability constructing.
