Production plan management is the core of ERP, the intention of which is to reasonably deal with materiel, equipment, human resources and fund etc. according to the requirements of markets. So that the cost can be reduced, delivery term can be advanced, and product quality and operating efficiency of enterprise can be improved. In this way the product system can obtain the best performance, ultimately the customers' requirements can be satisfied. A high efficient production plan management system can benefit to the enterprise, contrarily, one reasonless production plan management system not only can't promote the enterprise, but properly stunt it.The method of establishing production plan management on the Case-Based Reasoning is brought out on the base of synthetically analyze the method of composing and establishing production plan information and technology of Case-Based Reasoning.In this paper the basic theory of ERP and application status at home and abroad of ERP are introduced. The case database about Case-Based Reasoning of production plan was established in SQL Server 2000 database by adopting the tool ofVC.NET and the viewpoint of object-orientation, in which Persistent Framework was adopted successfully to convert the data between object and relation, and the OID model was used to sign the cases, moreover cases searching was realized.The cases expressive models of production plan and order form are established. And rough-planning on case-based reasoning is established successfully by the classified method of order form disposing, as the intentions of enquiring order forms at real-time is realized. The model is divided into qualitative attribute and quantitative attribute by researching semblance measuring method. The calculation of semblance is divided into local similarity and bulk similarity to calculate the cases' semblance. The conception of plusminus semblance is advanced.In this dissertation the express of fuzzy metric about product capacity and the similarity of product plan are researched.
