On Alienation And Restriction Of Public Power

To build public government and against corruption, should be two critical points for our current political culture. While the core of it lies in the indeed realization of public power, and the essense of corruption can be ascended in the alienation of public power. So it is very important to reserch into the public power and its alienation for build up socialism harmony.In the first chapter, the author analyses the concept of public power to reveal the essense of it should be people's power and people to be the master. Then expounds the alienation exists in individuality through reserching the German ancient philosophy and alienation theory of Marx. At last, finds the rule of public power, that is from fundation to alienation, and returning.In the second one, the author distincts the two alienations between socialism and capitalism aftrer summenzing the progress and alienation of socialism public power, so that reaches the result of alienation of socialism lie in individuality, unbalance of power construction and wokening feudal system. By the end, the author explains the serious damages of alienation, and finds it is very important and urgent to restrict the alienation.In the third part, me author analyses further countermeasure to restrict the alienation of public power, and shows the conclusion: keeping public rights, transforming the government function and strengthening the power balance are the premise, basis and guarantee to restrict the alienation.
