The competition among enterprises is aggravated with the development of economics. In our enterprise practices, management of purchasing link is very weak, which has greatly influenced the whole performance of the enterprise. The problem of management has restricted the development of enterprises, especially on enterprise purchasing management. The innovation of enterprise purchasing management has been the principle issue focused by enterprises. This paper is about the application of supply chain management in electric enterprises . It based on the systematic supply chain , supply chain management theory and Principal-Agent theory, and analyses the innovation of purchasing work flow in electric enterprises, finally it is proved empirically by some cases. Meantime, the innovation of enterprise system is also been engineered.The main body of the paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter one describes the definition of purchase and purchasing management. It stressed the importance of purchasing in the enterprises.Chapter two is about the actuality of electric enterprise purchasing. The background of the innovation of enterprise purchasing has been stated from international environment and the development of supply chain.Chapter three describes the theory of supply chain and Principal-Agent.Chapter four and five are the central part of this paper. It states the work flow under the environment of supply chain management , and the purchasing mode based on the theory of JIT. The work flow has been certificated by advanced enterprises in the world. The purchasing management system of electric enterprise has also been engineered.At last, the paper concludes that the innovation of purchasing management will greatly decrease the cost of material purchasing,...
